Commissions

i. The client is subject to these terms of service when purchasing a commission from me.ii. Feel free to contact me if there are any misunderstandings or inquiries!iii. I may edit and alter my terms of service without prior announcements. However, clients who have purchased commissions from me before the change are not subjected to them unless given an explanation.iv. I may refuse a commission from you without explanation, or only with a brief reason.v. The client is to provide full payment after a draft sketch is sent and approved of.vi. All commissions do not have a set turnaround time. The client can ask for one, but I may negotiate on it or turn down the commission entirely depending on my schedule.vii. I will usually inform my clients of any major schedule changes that may impact the commission progress.viii. The quality of the artwork may differ due a range of factors - character species, pose, angle, etc. I will try to keep my quality as consistent as possible, and I will inform the client if I may take longer than expected because of said factors.ix. It is highly encouraged - but not necessary - to provide as much detail about the commission as possible. Details such as the character's pose, expression and background (if any) are extremely helpful in my illustration process! Character personality and other information helps too.
If details are not provided, the artwork will be subjected to artistic liberty and may not be accurate to the character.x. My work can only be made for commercial use if the client discusses it with me beforehand.xi. My commissions often have a small, hardly noticeable watermark. Do not remove it.xii. When posting or using my artwork, please credit me. My most common social medias are listed below.xiii. I may post the artwork commissioned to my social medias or as portfolio work, but I will never use them for commercial purposes. The client may inform me if they do not want it posted when discussing the commission.

Adopts

i. The client is subject to these terms of service when purchasing an adopt from me.ii. Feel free to contact me if there are any misunderstandings or inquiries!iii. I may edit and alter my terms of service without prior announcements. However, clients who have purchased adopts from me before the change are not subjected to them unless given an explanation.iv. The client must have a Toyhou.se to purchase my adopts.
The client must not remove my credit as creator. In addition, making the design private should be done after notifying me through a private message.v. Adopt bids end 24 hours after the highest bidder, or if stated otherwise on the adopt post itself.vi. If multiple currencies are involved, the client is encouraged to state the type of currency used to avoid confusion.
Additionally, I will usually have a 'bid here' comment in my adopt posts. The client is advised to comment under it for the sake of organisation.vii. If paying by any sort of currency, please have the correct amount of payment on hand when bidding. This does not apply to flatsale or auction autobuy holds.viii. I only do holds for 48 hours. Exceptions can be made for higher bids (Please contact me to discuss extended hold time).ix. Alterations of a bid are not allowed.x. The client must inform me at least an hour before bidding ends if they choose to withdraw their bid.xi. Art payments are encouraged to be finished within a 1-3 month period, but can be extended once the client discusses it with me.xii. The client does not own the rights to the character design until payment is made.xiii. Redesigns are allowed as long as the character stays more or less recognisable!
The client may change their gender, clothes, etc.xiv. An adopt can only be resold or traded after two weeks of purchase. However, the adopt can be gifted at any time!
Do not resell, trade or gift to users listed in the 'Blacklist' button above.xv. The adopt can only be sold at the original price the client paid for, unless extra art (self-made or commissioned) is included.xvi. Proper credit for the design must be given at least once.
Other than that, the client should not claim that the character is designed by them afterwards.xvii. I may post the adopt to my social medias or as portfolio work, but I will never use the art or design for commercial purposes or resell it.
The client may inform me if they want to be credited as the owner of the adopt design.xviii. My adopts often have a small, hardly noticeable watermark on the image after purchase. Please do not remove it.

Blacklist

This blacklist records the users who are not allowed to purchase my adopts or commissions. They will be linked by Toyhou.se profile or other with appropriate reasons listed after.
Please do not harass the individuals listed. They are only shown to keep track of people who violate my rules multiple times.
